Good day to everyone. This is to formally inform you that I have tendered my irrevocable resignation from NGCP effective June 15, 2010. My decision to resign was a very hard one and I spent some sleepless nights thinking about it. I wanted to make my exit as quietly as possible, but I felt that I could not just leave without thanking all SO personnel for the support and cooperation you have given me all these years. I will appreciate it very much if you could relay my expression of gratitude to your subordinates. Please give my successor the same support and cooperation that you have unfailingly given me. Nantes and five others died when their private helicopter crashed Monday afternoon in the middle of a middle-class subdivision in the outskirts of Lucena City a few minutes after it took off from the nearby athletic field of the Quezon National High School.
