Did you hear the news about the people leaving NGCP?. Your friend Sir Bong Almario tender his resignation effective May 31, 2010 and just this morning our Boss Amby forward to us the e-mail of Boss Lito Claudio also rendering his resignation effective June 15, 2010.

Good day to everyone. This is to formally inform you that I have tendered my irrevocable resignation from NGCP effective June 15, 2010. My decision to resign was a very hard one and I spent some sleepless nights thinking about it. I wanted to make my exit as quietly as possible, but I felt that I could not just leave without thanking all SO personnel for the support and cooperation you have given me all these years. I will appreciate it very much if you could relay my expression of gratitude to your subordinates. Please give my successor the same support and cooperation that you have unfailingly given me. Rest in Peace Gov. Rafael 'Raffy' P. Nantes

Nantes and five others died when their private helicopter crashed Monday afternoon in the middle of a middle-class subdivision in the outskirts of Lucena City a few minutes after it took off from the nearby athletic field of the Quezon National High School.

"Raffy was a good man. He was a true statesman and a public servant. His love and service to the people of Quezon were unparallel.
